Bernie Doyle - President
Bernie Doyle’s first involvement with the NSCA was as a Director in the former South Australian Division in 1991. As President of the South Australian Board he was part of the working party that merged South Australia into a National body. He has been a Director ever since and is currently serving his second term as Chairman.

Curtis Berry - Vice President
Curtis Berry has been an NSCA Director since 2004 and is currently Deputy Chairman - a role he has held since he joined the Board. Curtis is currently employed by TNT as Director of Operations and his role encompasses safety, health and environment in Australia and the Pacific.

Ray Thurlow - Director
Ray Thurlow has been involved in the area of health and safety for the past 20 years in functional, strategic and consultancy areas. He currently holds a national health, safety and environment role with a large pharmaceutical company.

Andrew A. Young - Director
Andrew Young has over 32 years experience in the international oil and gas industry working in a range of technical, financial, management and director roles in exploration, production and service companies, most recently with Century Drilling, Gaffney Cline and Anzon Australia.
Andrew is currently on the Advisory Board of UNSW School for Petroleum Engineering, is a Director of the NSCA (1997 – 2001, and 2009 - present) and has served on the international Board of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE), including as the Society’s President in 2003.

Adam Baldock - Chief Executive Officer
Adam Baldock commenced the role of CEO at the NSCA in 2011. He joined the NSCA team in 2007 as Southern Region Manager with skills in marketing, finance, business development, IT, operations and human resources. With over 6 years senior management experience in the insurance, workers compensation and rehabilitation/OHS industries. Adam's strong people and finance acumen has positively contributed to the organisations' bottom line. Adam's experience is complemented by a Bachelor of Health Science (OT) and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA). He believes that people are key to good customer service and providing the customer with a solution every time, is the key to success.

Northern Region Manager
Adrian joined the NSCA in March 1995 after working in mining research and public service roles. He has worked predominately in the mining sector and currently holds membership in the Australian Institute of Occupational Hygienists.

Virginia Leafe - South East Region Manager
Virginia joined the NSCA in October 2011. She comes to the NSCA with significant general management experience in the not-for-profit sector. Virginia has built profitability in businesses nationally through efficiency and business growth. She has worked in a number of diverse areas such as marketing and communication to operations management. Virginia is focussed on great customer service and people management.

Garry Wilkins - Southern Region Manager
Garry joined the NSCA in early 2009 as Business Development Manager VIC (Southern Region). He has worked in a wide range of key industries, with extensive experience in the areas of Business and Sales Management, Certification and Auditing, Plant Operations/Process Manufacturing, OHS and Key Accounts and Business Development. Prior to NSCA, Garry previously held key roles for a leading multinational FMCG organisation and more recently a global leader of Inspection, Verification, Testing and Certification Services.

Michelle Wade - National Marketing Manager
Michelle re-joined the NSCA in August 2009. She previously worked in a marketing role at the NSCA before leaving to live in Singapore. Michelle has worked in marketing management and business development roles across a range of industries including education, recruitment and pharmaceuticals.

Joy Li - Finance Manager
Joy joined the NSCA as the company Accountant in early 2009 and was appointed to Finance Manager in October 2011. A graduate of the University of Melbourne, majoring in Accounting and Finance, Joy is a qualified accountant with CPA Australia. Prior to the NSCA, Joy undertook various roles in the finance department of predominant organisations within the manufacturing industry. Joy believes in good financial governance and timely financial management.

Lisa De Marco - Compliance Coordinator
Lisa joined the NSCA in June 2009. Lisa has over 9 years experience in the private Vocational Training and Education (VET) sector. She has experience with both domestic and international Registered Training Organisations (RTOs), largely in compliance related roles.
