This course provides an update to ‘Workplace Consultation’ legislation and ‘OHS’ legislation and will revitalise the consultation skills of the OHS Committee member and/or OHS Representative.

Who Should Attend
This training is intended for OHS Committee members & OHS Representatives that have been trained on the accredited OHS Consultation Course or OHS Workplace Committee course two or more years ago.
Learning Outcomes
On completion of this course participants will be able to:

Review the effectiveness of the OHS Committee/representative role in effectively implementing the organisations OHSMS

Evaluation of the current OHSMS and identification and prioritisation of those areas where deficiencies have been identified

Develop basic strategies to enable effective consultation to be undertaken to OHS issues identified

Measuring the effectiveness of the OHS Consultation strategies implemented.
