Overview
This course provides the participant, who has successfully completed both Functioning as a Workplace Health and Safety Officer - Core Module and an appropriate elective (ie. Services, Industrial or Construction) with the necessary skills to gain a nationally recognised qualification and enhance their current authority to function as a WHSO.
Duration
2 days plus workplace assignment.
Who Should Attend?
Holders of a current WHSO authority licence.

BSBOHS401B Contribute to the implementation of a systematic approach to managing OHS
BSBOHS402B Contribute to the implementation of the OHS consultation process
BSBOHS405B Contribute to the implementation of emergency procedures
BSBOHS406B Use equipment to conduct workplace monitoring
BSBLED401A Develop teams and individuals.
Training Methods
This course has both theoretical and practical components and is conducted face-to-face.
Award
Participants who demonstrate competency in all delivered elements will receive a Certificate IV in Occupational Health and Safety – BSB41407.
