WHS Training Course Developer/Improver

• Learning & Development at Diploma and Certificate levels
• Safety Programmes including 5-Star, HAZNET, and Quickstart

Reporting to the Compliance Co-ordinator, you will have extensive knowledge of WHS legislation including the new Act, past Acts in each state and Commonwealth legislation. You will have experience with developing training course materials from scratch and against specified learning outcomes and/or regulatory criteria from basic awareness level up to Diploma. You will have conducted reviews, improvements and updates of course materials through a scheduled audit calendar and you will be able to communicate affectively across all levels of the business.

Ideally you will have sufficient business knowledge to be able to estimate timeframes for course development. You will be able to work to deadlines without fault and have experience working with customers (internal and external) to understand their needs.
